At Dimple Color, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused beauty products. To ensure hygiene and safety standards, all returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our beauty support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unopened items in their original box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping service of your choice to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
